Welcome to Mont Projects (Pty) Ltd

Mont Projects (Pty) Ltd is a company registered in January 2013 in the Republic of South Africa, in terms of Companies Act 71 of 2008 and Companies Amendment Bill 40 of 2010. It is a wholly black-owned consulting and construction company, founded with a view of offering civil engineering, transportation engineering & planning, and project management services to public and private sector organisations. Mont Projects (Pty) Ltd is dedicated to the empowerment of previously disadvantaged groups and has made it its policy to employ, cooperate and develop with such companies and individuals on all its projects.

Mont Projects (Pty) Ltd works with an integrated group of experienced engineers, technologists and project managers providing cost effective solutions and specialist’s services in a wide range of civil & transportation engineering, transportation planning, and project management disciplines. We offer multi-disciplinary consulting, planning, design and project management and construction services.

The founder Malesela Molomo is a professional engineering technologist and a civil/transportation engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the field of civil and transportation engineering, working for both local government and private sector in South Africa, Botswana, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.

He was involved in a range of civil engineering projects including transport planning and infrastructure development (including BRT), roads infrastructure planning and development, rural transport, non-motorised transport, bridges, and municipal infrastructure.

Mr Molomo obtained National Diploma in Civil Engineering (cum laude) at the Cape University of Technology, and proceeded to obtain Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering at Tshwane University of Technology. He further obtained BSc.(Hons) in Transportation Engineering and ultimately MSc. (Applied Sciences) in Transportation Planning from the University of Pretoria.

He is registered with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Engineering Technologist , and holds NQF level 7 labour construction qualifications. He is also a member of South African Institute of Civil Engineering (SAICE) and Institute of Municipal Engineering of Southern Africa (IMESA).
